Perfect for alternative dishes.
Simple Easy and a Taste from Houma (pun). No added nuthin'. I put this on any white fish that I don't blacken and in my etouffee (except crawfish, use the HOT).

Great seasoning
Delicious, I use this pretty liberally to season whatever I'm cooking and it's fantastic. They say this one's a bit spicier than the original, but I can't say that it's a big difference to me.

Has great flavor and I sprinkle it on popcorn and anything else I can think of to eat. It was perfect on the alligator I grilled last summer.

Terrible shipping
The item itself tastes great. The way it was shipped to me was not. Item ships in a janky piece of brown paper taped together. Guess what happens folks, that's right, the card board item breaks and opens up during shipping making it useless upon delivery. Will not order from here any more.
