Slim Storage Tower in Black

This storage shelving has turned out to be the best thing for my needs in my very small bathroom! It fits into a very small footprint, and the addition of the baskets is perfect. . . they seemed small at first but when I put them in place on the shelves and put my items into the baskets, I was pleasantly surprised at how much stuff they held. So happy with this purchase!!!

I am a crafter that has been looking for some time for something narrow shelf that would fit into a small space in my craft room. I bought this shelf for the small pieces of fabric that I just can't part with yet. I can see all the prints at a glance without having to dig through a tote!!! I love it so much that I will be buying another.

Towers required a great deal of assembly with hardware, etc. Once completed I really love them. I would be willing to spend more if the product was partially assembled, say in 2 segments and would just need to be attached. The baskets were so easy and really nice

The tower is much shorter than I thought. But it is slim and fits in my space well. The baskets are rough. They are made from that grass. I had an issue with one basket as the bottom was missing and had to return them. Still waiting for the replacement, going on 3 weeks.

I needed something slim to fit in a skinny space in my half bathroom. This fit the bill perfectly. It comes as 2 sets of 3 shelves that you put together to make a tall unit. The back board slides into preset slats that did not match up in the top section. My lower section went together fine. . . Rather than return it and wait for another I am using it as is. The lower half has the backing while the top half is open.

I thought these products would work for my daughter. Unfortunately they did not. I was hoping a return could be done easily but this was not the case. I was informed by a representative on the phone that there would be a cost for return labels if I did not use those enclosed on the back of the invoice that came with the products. Unfortunately, again, there was no return labels enclosed, and new labels had to be snail mailed to my daughter. She then sent the materials back but I was charged for return shipping, I guess, since not the entire amount that was charged to my account was refunded. I think if you want to compete with companies like Amazon you will have to step up your game on being able to provide the ability for customers to print return labels at home and provide less costly shipping options.

I order a slim storage organizer, very disappointed. It came without the hardware. I called right away to let Ltd know. The girl told me I should receive it 5 to 7 working days, ok. I called again 5 or 6 days later to find out if it was mail, well its was no record it was ever placed but it showed I did called. So again the D young lady apology and reorder the hardware. I finally received it with many missing pieces, unbelievable. . . So upset. . very dissatisfied. . and still waiting. . . .

This was another example of the lousy workmanship of your products. There were pieces missing and my husband had to rebuild the thing. I am not satisfied at all with this item. I have been ordering from you for many, many years and feel your products have been going downhill for the last two years.

I am very disappointed in this product. It is unsteady and not worth the effort of putting it together. My husband finally took it out to his shop and put a solid back on it which stabilized it enough for use. The little baskets are fine. I would have returned it except that once we discovered how bad it is it would have been difficult to take it apart and put it in a box. I do not believe I will be shopping with Lakeside again. I think seeing the product before buying will serve me better which means as much as I dislike shopping I will be going to town to look for things that work. Also, I have very negative feelings toward the intrusive questions being asked in the form below. My age for instance has nothing to do with the dissatisfaction with the product. Normally I would not leave a review when these kind of questions are asked but in this instance a warning regarding the lack of quality in this product seems required.

Ordered slim storage tower plus 2 baskets. Ad says it is 5feet high. Received one that is 3 feet high. Returned it. No easy feat since I am a senior citizen and it is heavy to lug into Fedex. Second time I was sent the 3 foot one again. Returning it. Not ordering from LTD anymore!!!
