Difficult to mold (but not impossible) and bulky to wear, but it is the best mouthguard I've tried for clenching. Completely prevents you from clenching back teeth and has relieved my morning headaches.

I'm so excited
I've only won't this one night, but my jaw feels great and I have really high hopes for it I've been wearing boil and bite night guards for five years now, at the recommendation of my dentist at that time. Which have all generally been helpful, but their chewiness makes me chew them in my sleep. Last year I actually had my current dentist make me a custom $200 guard so I would stop chewing, which I actually hate, it makes me clench so so badly. This thing is super cool. I woke up and my jaw muscles feel completely relaxed. I really hope it keeps feeling this good. I need to try molding it to my teeth again, that process made me want to throw up, so I didn't do a great job and it's loose. Still worked so much better than anything else I've had lately. We will see. Sometimes the first night with a new night guard is great and then your body gets used to it and goes back to clenching. But I can't express how good my jaw feels right now

The price for the quantity was very good. The guard was easy to fit. my problem was that the guards come up too high on my gums. This leaves my mouth sore. Thr product is quite thick. I have TMJ and the thickness triggers that pain.

The directions were easy to understand and it works well. However I find it annoying feeling. Can't get used to it and keep taking it off in my sleep. Works if I keep it in.

uncomfortable and bulky
This guard barely fits into your mouth and i don't understand how anyone can attempt to sleep with this. its a huge block inside your moouth. do not recommend
