I have used this product for years, it works great on my hair it's not as harsh as a full perm but it does the job. so if you're looking to straighten your hair without using a full perm and like necessarily bringing your scalp or having your hair fall out it's great. The only downfall is it's really hard to find in your local stores.

I love that it's multiple touch ups. I've been purchasing this brand for years and it used to come with a mixing container. I never used it because it was to thin. I normally get it cheaper at family Dollar but needed it sooner to do my daughter's thick coiled hair. It turned out beautiful with a good trim. I would purchase again.

Product came without the two pair of gloves and two sticks for mixing yet it was stated that the gloves and sticks are part of the package, how disappointing!

Oh my goodness... I don't know what to do! This product is definitely NOT for white haired ladies! I just completed the process, following instructions to the tee and my once white hair is straight but orange! I don't know how to remove the orange. No where does it caution about white hair, just dyed hair and other perms and such. I'd love to have these people get a hold of me and give me some advice on how to remove orange from my hair
