I have used this product for years, it works great on my hair it's not as harsh as a full perm but it does the job. so if you're looking to straighten your hair without using a full perm and like necessarily bringing your scalp or having your hair fall out it's great. The only downfall is it's really hard to find in your local stores.

I love that it's multiple touch ups. I've been purchasing this brand for years and it used to come with a mixing container. I never used it because it was to thin. I normally get it cheaper at family Dollar but needed it sooner to do my daughter's thick coiled hair. It turned out beautiful with a good trim. I would purchase again.

I like it because its in 4 part per-measured

I like the individual packaging inside the box, however, my box did not include instructions, gloves, or a mixing stick. I had to use my best judgment for timing. My hair is super thick. I left it on for 30 mins. It did a decent job but I've had better. The test for me will be how long it last between re-touch time.

Product came without the two pair of gloves and two sticks for mixing yet it was stated that the gloves and sticks are part of the package, how disappointing!
