Smarts & Crafts Go: Wooden Flower Garden, 38 Pieces for Boys and Girls, Kids and Teens

Having three young great grands I am always looking for things to occupy them and these kits are perfect for their little hands. I have the Jewelry, robot and this and all are excellent quality. This flower garden is nice wood pieces and easy for her to stand them when finished. With Spring break and Summer coming upon us soon, these are great projects for busy hands/minds. I would highly recommend them. They each came with cute carrying pouches so is easy to keep together. Will post finished pics when they complete. Not doing all in one sitting.

This craft kit on the go comes with a craft Carrying case, 12 gel pens, 5 wood flowers, two wooden bees, eight wooden leaves and stand to attach to the five wooden flowers. My four-year-old loves this craft. it's not messy, easy to clean up and sparks her creativity. Also great for car rides as the carrying case has a handle and zipper close, so nothing falls out and everything is in its place. Gel pens are a nice quality and show up well on the wood.

This is a pretty cool, fun and simple craft. It is only a one time craft. The wooden pieces are cute and good quality. They only have the coloring pattern/cutouts on one side but you can easily draw your own pattern on the other side! The bag that they come has a pretty pattern and is reusable. Some of the gel pen colors are too watery and not great quality so for some colors we used the gel pens we already had. The pens do not smudge once dry. Very cute!

My kids love this! I love that it is easy to keep all the stuff together and take it on the go, like grandma's house. This really makes my kid's imagination go wild which I love. There is plenty to keep the kids busy for hours and days! I definitely recommend!

I can not say enough about this wooden flower craft creation. Wonderful unique idea that uses quality colored wooden shapes to piece together for a great result... flowers! I mean really what a great idea for all ages. You can not go wrong with this craft box full of fun to open up your imagination.

This wooden flower garden kit is a very nice set. It comes with 5 wooden flowers with stem stands, 8 wooden leaves, 2 wooden bees, 12 colored gel pens and a very cute geometric vibrantly colored carrying case! Great gift idea or as an arts and crafts project!

This art kit is lots of fun and the gel pens work great to make colorful wooden flowers. The bees are SO cute and after the pieces are colored they go together like a puzzle! But be careful because some of the more narrow pieces break easily but make beautiful keepsakes to display all around the house!

This flower kit was pretty cool my granddaughter and I had so much fun putting the flowers together after we colored them with the pens it was cool because you had different leaves that you could pick from for each flower. My daughter-in-law is about to start her new teaching job and my granddaughter presented her with one of the flowers to put on her desk and she said it was really cool because it wouldn't die on her this is a fun set comes with your pens the different flowers leaves stand and a bag to hold it all in and when you're done putting all your flowers together you still have the bed to hold your pain I would highly recommend this kit it would be a lot of fun for any little kid to do boy or girl.

Very unique craft idea. I love that the company is using wood. And it is perfect for Spring time crafting fun. It will be a gift for my son's best friend who shares a birthday with him. She is going to be 6 and she LOVES flowers and gardening and crafting. I can't wait for her to open it. I love the vibrant colors on the packaging and the contents seem to be sufficient to provide at least and hour of fun. It has 5 flowers with stems and stands, 8 leaves, 2 bees and they are ALL made of wood!!! They can be decorated with included gel pens and it has a vibrant fabric carrying case.

Pros: *Nice, smooth wood *Gel pens work great on the wood. *Easy carry bag for this or other projects *Nice lines on the wood (one side) to direct the coloring Cons: *One bee's leg was broken upon arrival. *The pieces in the set are not exactly as pictured (less leaves) but every flower has exactly enough leaves for its notches. See picture. Despite the cons, I still recommend this set. It is very fun and you end up with a somewhat 3-D garden. Note, it does take the ink a while to dry so if keep that in mind if coloring both sides. You might want a little placemat or scrap paper to put under your work as well.
