Although it does provide the fast movements that I feel would truly engage my 7 month old kitty in full play, it still is one of his favorite toys and holds his attention. It is surprisingly durable, even though the toy loses fluff at least a few times a day. But the toy has still maintained its endurance. and is still able to captivate the attention of my kitty even over other toys.

The sign of a great cat toy is that they still play with it after having it awhile. My cat loves this toy. Plays with it every day!

For the price, this toy is just okay, but not great. My 3 year old cat was interested in it at first, but pretty quickly lost interest. Would be better if it had a remote. When I turn it on, he'll watch it sometimes and bat at it, but then he ignores it and the noise it makes starts to irritate me. A kitten might like it better. All cats are different.

It seems more of a kitten toy than a cat toy. The batteries were dead right out of the package. Overall it's a cute toy.

The idea was good, but when it's pulled down and released it slams into whatever is holding it and makes a loud bang. It scares my cat. And the feathers started falling off and he's only tried playing with it a few times and we've had it about 2 -3 months.

cat just stares at it. cat does not engage with it. cat will just watch it until it stops. save your money.

my cat was much more interested in the sound and noise that the toy made then he was in the actual feather portion of the toy. I guess it would be OK for some cats. We are all different but this particular cat had a thumbs down on it.

it wouldn't actually twist no matter where I hung it or how I hung it, it wouldn't give enough distraction for the kittens - cats to play, they looked at it for three seconds so it didn't do anything and lost all attention for it never went back I changed the batteries three times in it thinking that okay maybe the ones in it weren't good and I tried two different sets of mine and it would not barely move at all not even enough to jiggle
