Built in tabs
The built in tabs are bigger and easier to see than the plastic tabs you put on yourself. Plus, putting the tabs on yourself is a hassle. So get these ones.

These folders are very easy to see and change folder names due to the erasable tabs. They also are very attractive. They are very sturdy and durable.
