Excellent service.
Service was fast. However I ordered the wrong size. Requested a return label, which was received immediately. FedEx pickup the return package. Within a day I received notice that a refund had been initiated. Walmart is one of the easiest business for on-line orders.

Great product and service
We use these folders for our patient charts. The reinforced top prevents tearing as they are handled a lot. The price is reasonable and delivery is fast.

Like the double panel
I like the double piece on the tab area. Can use these over if I remove the label carefully. The tab is more durable and doesn't bend over.

Consult with the manufacturer
The product tab is not that sturdy/firm, which I was expecting. There are some available in the market which is better in quality, but I don't know the manufacturer/source.

Smead products are very good ones normally.
These folders are flimsy. Not what I thought they were, but this cost is ok. There is another Smead folder that is much stronger #10434. I returned my 7 boxes of these purchased for the company. We just prefer a better product for our filing.

Thin, not as sturdy as expected.
Not as study as expected. Used them anyway. But would look for a different brand next time.
