I loved the rugs. They were so pretty. But they were so stuffed in the box the folds would not come out and they would not lay flat. So I am returning them. Wish they had shipped in a bigger box.

It is vey soft and squishy, nice color but comes folded in half length wise and rolled up like a jelly roll. Leaves folds and creases that don't seem to flatten out

product OK disappointed with shipping very late, and was a gift. Late, despite saying that it was gonna get there the day before it was due! tried to talk to somebody tried to get help and poor customer service, poor help, online chat only, stuck with late delivery and no recourse, couldn't even cancel-

Slip and slide slip and slide slip and slide. I can't wait to replace these. There is no backing. They don't stay in place. I am not gonna glue them to my linoleum/floor.

First of all the rugs came folded up in a very small box and the creases have not gone away. 2nd of all they are a lot thinner than I thought they would be.

I noticed after about a week that I cleaning up brown fibers. I thought maybe it's because of the rug being "new". I put "a rug" , per instructions, in the washer, and "a _ug" came out !

When this came, I didnt know what it was at first; it is smaller than a placemat. It was not at all what i thought i had ordered. The photo shown is not the same ptoduct that came to my house.
