After receiving the box, I was so excited to get them to put anything in them. Three of them didn't have the inner seal. So they just drip so I can't use those the in three lids. It would do me a huge favor. If you could just send me the three lids not lids just the inner seals so I can use the cups. I got a lot of kids need a lot of cups. Thank you so much Christy

Snailax brings useful, high quality products that can improve the quality of life. This product review will address the positive and negative characteristics of this massaging pad so you can make an educated decision whether this product will be worth purchasing. Yes, at the outset, this massaging pad is not a shiatsu. Some with injured backs cannot tolerate the deep kneeding a shiatsu can give. This pad gives many “VIBRATING CHOICES” one can make. I liken this prevalent arguement to vehicle selection; some people like a specific type of truck or car. This does NOT make any personal preference wrong. Yes, some of the many choices this pad offers don't do much for my challenging back problems. I have come to respect the Snailax company. I have several products from them. I have a strong engineering mind, and I appreciate the quality of materials as well as their dependabilty. I have a shiatsu massage pillow that I use each day. It has lasted over five years and has not shown any signs of wearing out. This massage pad replaces a competitor (Homedics) that has only one row of vibrators that vibrates the spine area of the back. The Smailax has TWO rows that massage muscles and not bones. It is muscles that need massaging! My new Snailax pad has taken permanent residence on my recliner. This massaging pad is meant for smaller chairs. The retaining straps don't reach around the back of my recliner. No problem. I put a bungie cord around the base of the backrest of my recliner. I then used a short bungie that Connected the strap over the top of the back rest to the back bungie. This keeps the back of the massager up so I can receive vibration on my neck and shoulder area, one of my discomfort areas. This pad has a soft, luxurious texture. The controller allows many selections of areas and intensities. I personally turn my pad on and the select the neck, upper back, lower back, and seat buttons. I then usually select the high intensity choice. I select this setting when my wife is not around, because she does not like the sound of this vibrator on high. When she is in the living room, I select the default medium choice. As for a suggestion for Snailax, I would suggest providing a choice of attachments so this massager can be attached to the back rest of recliners. Although my temporary attachment strategy may not be cosmetically pleasing to the sight, it will work for me until I have the time to design a better looking way. As for me, I will be throwing my worthless Homedics massage pad away. This new massage pad is a keeper. I will still continue using my shiatsu massager. If you want a well engineered, dependable, well made massaging pad that should last many years, this was my choice, and can be yours. This is worthy of having this in you assortment of tools to bring relief and increase blood flow to hurting muscles.

I did a lot of research before selecting this Snailax Massage Seat Cushion. It has all the features I was looking for to help me relax and relieve chronic back and neck pain. I did not want shiatsu massage as this one does not. I am 5'4" tall and this cushion fits my body well including my neck area. I used a bungee cord to attach it to a recliner. I typically default to kneading mode, high intensity, upper and lower back and neck area, sometimes with heat. It's perfect and hits all the right spots! The only features I would change are 1) add "neck heat" and 2) have my previous settings stored so that when I turn it back on I will not have to reset it again. It is certainly not difficult to choose my settings and perhaps someone would want it different each time. Overall I chose the perfect cushion! I use it several times a day. It has met all my expectations and I would highly recommend this Snailax massage cushion for folks looking for the awesome features it offers!!

I love it ! It's the better massage I have every bought and it massage you neck back and thighs. The material is very comfortable and the color is a dark gray that way it will not get to dirty and I love that they put the remote on the side of it so you willn't lose it. Believe me if you need a great massage this the one you need.

What I liked is its very soft and comfortable it fit on my office chair very well. It massages my upper , lower and hamstrings. I loved how the vibration feels on my upper back, lats, traps, inner back. The vibration on my hamstrings feels ok. What I dis liked is that on my lower back the vibration is to weak, thats where I have most muscle pain. In conclusion this is a great massager in general, but it doesn't satisfy my lower back needs.

it states it has neck massage. Which for tall people the neck would be in the middle of the back, I am regular height and its neck massge is between the shoulder blades. which doesn't help at all. It does work well, a short person may get the neck massage on the neck.

The massage feature was just vibrations and didn't get into the muscles at all.

This one has had the shortest lifespan of 3 weeks. When it works it works great and then it seems to short somewhere between the chair and the remote. If it continued working it would be a great product, but really it's more of a pain than it helps at this point.

I got this mainly for lower back help but the lower back vibrations on high are not as strong as the vibrations on low on neck, upper back, or seat. I have just lower back on and on high and i still barely feel it. Having any of the other options on low the vibrations are strong and some are even so strong it's very loud. There also a portion on the seat that has a noticable raised bump. Suffice to say I'm very unsatisfied with this and will be returning it.
