After receiving the box, I was so excited to get them to put anything in them. Three of them didn't have the inner seal. So they just drip so I can't use those the in three lids. It would do me a huge favor. If you could just send me the three lids not lids just the inner seals so I can use the cups. I got a lot of kids need a lot of cups. Thank you so much Christy

Mild heat, but noticeable. Massage is a little fast and aggressive. Wish it had a little longer cord.

They do make the seats warm, as desired. The vibration options are nice. Turn them on to warm up f before you get in your vehicle on cold days

I got this for my dad for Christmas. He loves everything about it.

The car adapter was not in the box and I just wanted the money put back into my bank account

it was a present for my daughter, she likes the massage but says it doesn't get warm enough

This one has had the shortest lifespan of 3 weeks. When it works it works great and then it seems to short somewhere between the chair and the remote. If it continued working it would be a great product, but really it's more of a pain than it helps at this point.
