Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat and Compression, Deep Kneading Massage Chair Pad

I ordered this massager for my birthday since my son had the same one at his home. I sit on the massager for 15 minutes and get relaxation I need. It's my favorite time of the day. Great value!

Exceeded my expectations. I purchased this for my husband who has severe back issues to try to alleviate symptoms. He uses it at least once a day. So many variations and it is relaxing not painful. 💕

It's not just my favorite. It's everyone that comes over. Very relaxing and comfortable easy to use and really works the knot out of your back. Highly recommended don't buy a cheap one. They don't work. This one does. Work great.

The massage featutes on the auto is a great combination of all the features. It does exactly what I bought it for. My only complaint is that after awhile the neck feature started making a very aggravating squeaking noice. Put some headphones on you should be good to go.

I had one similar to this. I loved it. But it's not being made anymore. This is a close second. The top two balls are on my head and don't seem to move up and down. My other one moved from mid head down to my shoulders. The back massage is wonderful. The sides do not wrap around and massage like my old one. I do use it every day and sometimes twice a day. It certainly helps with my sciatica and back problems.

This massager only massages the lower 2/3 of back. Does not rotate up to shoulder area at all. I even tried using it upside down but the neck massager protrudes too far for that to be comfortable. AND the neck massager only touches the back of my head and does not touch neck at all. I am 5’6” tall and not overweight so that’s not the issue. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Reasons: 1. The upper back massage is only in the middle of the back, can’t reach the upper back where it should be. 2. The neck massage is too high, on head but not on the neck. 3. There’s no massage intensity levels, only one level. I already tried everything to adjust spots but there’s not much can be done. So this device doesn’t work for me.

I have tried it on a number of different chairs and the sofa, it fits none comfortably making it difficult to enjoy the massage, the neck is to high leaving to massage your head.

It is most definitely not deep tissues as advertised. Decided to give this brand a try but returned it the day after it was delivered and went back to Homedics brand which is tried and true.

Neck massage quit working.
