Had a previous sno Joe and was happy with it. Minimum assembly was simple, except for a cotter pin which was/is in a tight spot to insert.

Great little machine.
This snow blower is definitely worth it! I live in upstate NY and it has worked through the worst snowstorms. It even has moved the plowed snow that is left in front of my driveway. The batteries last about 30 to 45 minutes which is just about the amount of time I need to do my small 2-car width driveway. Definitely beats shoveling!

My New Snow Blower
I like how the snow blower was easy to use. It worked fine. The only problem that I experienced was it was difficult to remove the batteries. I will need to call their Customer Support to help with this situation.

The right one
Very good snow plower, was able to complete driveway, walkway and sidewalks on one charge!!! And it's not heavy in weight! The only thing I wish there was something other than the pins to secure blower control arm, I just manual turn blower until I replace

I like it.For $310 its an investment.Hope it pays
This is a handy little snowblower.It is not rugged.It will not blow wet heavy snow.It is made for paved or concrete or wooden deck clearing.It only throws the snow about 4ft.You are still going to need a shovel.It will though save a lot of work when used properly:)

DO NOT BUY. Terrible Batteries.
Talk about regrets. I got this thing on sale for half the price and I still regret it. BATTERIES LAST 10-20 MINUTES AT BEST. BE WARNED. You can barely finish a driveway. Maybe half way before you have to charge again. They also get extremely hot while in use OR while charging. Way hotter than any other cordless product I've used in my life.

Poor quality product
I just got my new 24v-x2-sb18 today. It worked for about 5 minutes (from full charge) and stoped. It won't start unless I remove/insert the batteries. Then It will work for about 10 seconds or less (with no snow) and then stop. I tried to charge the batteries again, same issue (batteries are fully charged). Not impressed, to say the least. Will return asap. I do not recommend this product.

Useless
Did not perform as advertised. Struggled to clear off 20 Cms of snow from the driveway. The battery gave up after....10 mins of usage. Useless...
