Sof Comfort Gel Heel Cup Cushion Shoe Insert

I had been wearing these gifts sent for heaven in my work shoes for about me 4 days. I assume that all the bragging I was doing led to someone stealing them straight out of my shoes. I was going to work this past Friday morning, and happened to look down and noticed that my boyfriend had them in his shoes. He denied that he took them and swore he had bought them, but than eventually admitted he had to see what all the praise was all about . He's going to buy us both some more soon ..

so my first big complaint about these is that they are sticky. yes they are made of gel and i will say they do provide heel support but i can not stand how they look after using them. This is all due to my OCD. i dont want to see the dust on them and i did have issues with having to correct their placement when i tried them out than removed my foot. Just not a product for me. i prefer the ones with the clothlike surface. yes after a while you can see the foot imprint but it does take a while where i only used these twice and they look unpleasant.

My heels ache after a day of walking around in my tennis shoes for work. These add just enough cushion without being bulky. Don't wear them without socks though because then they stick to your feet! And they do collect some a little hair and lint since they are a gel material.

I spend a lot of time on my feet and my uniform boots are great, but anything to help reduce shock is always welcome. I really liked the fact that these were just heel only, as I'm heavy on my heel anyway when I walk, and a full length insert makes your shoes feel tighter. Unfortunately, these are just not the way to go. The biggest issue I have is that they absolutely will not stay where they are supposed to. Every time I take my boots off I have to reposition them, and sometimes if I'm on my toes leaning over a fender they will slide around while I have them on. Another downside to these is that they make your foot kinda slide forward some, so you're not walking in your normal position in your shoes. It's just odd feeling. As comfortable as they are I could get over the positioning in your shoes, but the not staying in place means I can't recommend these. Maybe if they had an integrated adhesive or something? Not sure but in their current form this needs improvement.

They seem sticky and squishy to the touch, so would be better to wear socks when using the gel heel cup. These are one-size so should fit in most average size footwear. Wife does not like these as that was her first impression. Also, she hardly wears socks so there's the sticky factor as well that she doesn't like. If these were non-sticky to the skin, it would be better. These are meant to cushion the heel from soreness due to impact over the course of the day reducing heel pain. The gel heel cups are low maintenance when it comes to cleaning. Just a good wash with soap and left to air-dry is all that's needed. Overall, it's nice and squishy for impact absorption of the heels for the average footwear. Just need a non-sticky version.

I have to share that I find the SofComfort Gel Heel Cup inserts to be a great product. They are so soft and comforting to use in my shoes. It makes me wish I could use them in my sandals and flip flops. They are one size fits most that work for men or women. Unless you have extremely large shoes these should work. I switch them around with whichever pair of shoes I plan to put on. I also like that I can wash them and lay them out overnight to dry for the next day. I've never wore these before so for me this is a good product.. The fit was perfect, gel is a plus, and it made my walk very comfy.. I would recommend this item to anyone..
