I heard of the great benefits with ashwagahdha and decided to try with solaray. I love this brand because they formulate their capsules for proper absorption and ingredients in order to deliver the nutrients accurately and effectively. I've personally seen improvements and believe this to be very helpful for my mood. Would buy this item again.
My doctor recommended Solaray Ashwagandha to help me with my every day stress and my overall health. I've only been taking it for a few months but so far I've noticed an improvement in my anxiety level and ease in joint movement. I trust Solaray supplements and have used some of their other supplements with great success.
great quality, I saw a video of a doctor saying what's on the label is in the bottle of this brand, it has made me and especially the wife more calm and less stressed 4 sure in only a week, we also take the solaray lemon balm, passion flower and tart cheery for sleep and mood ,great products. the smell of the cap is a bit strange but bearable. taste is ok,I recommend this product. what a great adaptogen. and a good-sized bottle. ayurvedic has lots of benefits and one ingredient.
After 6+ months of taking this Aswagandha, noticing increased stamina, reduction in anxiety, sleeping better, better resistance to respiratory bugs and amazingly, a significant decrease in radiculopathy pain due to spinal stenosis. While it may take some time to realize the benefits, I highly recommend to improve overall quality of life.
I feel relaxed after taking it for 2 weeks. I tried many different Ashwagandha extracts, even KSM-66, but this one doesn't irritate my digestion, it's very important for me, because I have IBS, the pill size is great, doesn't smell, great supplement to reduce stress and improve sleep quality
Ashwagandha has been a great addition to my wellness routine, giving me obvious benefits to my testosterone and in stress management, sleep quality, and mental mood. It's a good size and smell for consistent use, tastes good, and I felt calmer and more balanced, even during stressful situations. It has also improved my sleep, helping me to fall asleep more easily and wake up feeling refreshed. The cognitive boost is subtle but significant, making it easier to focus and stay productive throughout the day. But mainly the boost is noticeable in my workouts. Overall, Ashwagandha provides me a natural, gentle way to enhance my overall well-being.
This supplement is incredible for lifting mood and extra energy. It does make you feel better. Solaray probably has the best price-quality relation, and is aproved by third party lab review (consumerlab).
I take these in conjunction with Tongkat Ali which I consume for energy and increase in testosterone for exercise and weight lifting. I can't say there is a distinct feeling from taking them as they are never taken alone, but overall I notice improvements in physical and mental health.
This is a great adaptogen and has benefit me well. I enjoy using when and it is of high quality ingredients. Its not as strong as some other adaptogens though.
Before this I had taken only thorne's thyrocsin which contains ashwagandha and my sleep and mood had gotten so much better. So I decided to try ashwagandha itself, but since starting this supplement, my sleep quality went downhill. I experience tiredness and foggy mind. I'm currently taking folate, biotin, and vitamin D. So I think the problem is with this particular supplement. I've stopped taking this one, and slowly feeling better. However, I did feel better while taking thyrocsin, and I attributed the positive effects on ashwagandha but maybe it was the combination with tyrosine.
