I think it's a good supplement to take to keep yourself healthy and during a UTI, however, I would look into the side effects and how long you can keep taking it on a daily just in case. The cranberry + D-Mannose combo is great, in the correct concentration. Size of capsule is ok too. No aftertaste and it has helped a great deal with management of my frequent UTIs. No looking back. I have now passsed on a bottle to my good friend who suffers from frequent UTIs too.

I used to have cystitis several times when I go abroad. I bought D-Mannose before going to India, as I was afraid it can happen there. I started to drink it some time before going and I didn't have anything, all was perfect. I used just half, when I came back to my country, after 2 months I started to go to toilet a bit more often and feel not comfortable during and after. I started to use it again for 2 days and everything was gone.

Why don't doctors tell you about this supplement? I bought these after reading Dr. Low Dog's account of how to keep UTIs at bay. Would love to see a placebo double blind study of this supplement performed. Works for me beautifully and no nasty side effects that you can get from antibiotics, not to mention the resistance issue.

Great quality and love it has added cranberry. I'm glad to find it in a high dose. I take one daily and it's made an improvement on my bladder health. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stronger, cleaner, healthier bladder. I haven't had an infection since I started taking Mannose. Best supplement I've ever stumbled on.

The girls are cute, I know how it is when you suffer from cystitis, drink an antibiotic, and it comes back again and again. And this is a miracle, the only thing that really works!!! If cystitis has already begun , drink a large dosage , 2 pcs -3 times a day the first day and then 2 pcs - 2 p a day . Now I take 1-2 tablets before PA and cystitis does not appear at all . It 's a miracle !!! The quality is excellent . The ingredients are definitely better than antibiotics. I highly recommend it!!!
