I've been using this for about a year for gut health and overall nutritional benefits. Won't go without it. Add it to my coffee daily. I don't taste it but it would likely give an earthy taste if you are more sensitive to taste.

I love this mushroom powder. It makes me feel great and It tastes good, too! I've used products from Solaray in the past and always liked them.

Just what I needed instead of buying mushrooms seperately, or having to choose which ones to buy seperately within my budget.

Tasty in coffee with cream, dissolves well. Very subtle.

i add this to my coffee in the morning. i would say it helps my gut.

I unfortunately didn't read thru the other ingredients to see this contains Mycelium and Oat. Mycelium is the stem of the mushroom that contains no benefits. With this being said you're not getting what you pay for or the health benefits from the flower of the mushroom. The size of the packaging and the small amount of product is just plain a rip off.. The taste is great due to the fact that it has very little next to none of the actual flower mushroom. Very disappointed.

This mushroom complex is hopefully nutritious and good for the body, however when I received the container it was less than 1/3 full . Maybe the container is too large - but seems like a very small amount for the price that is charged.
