I've been using this for about a year for gut health and overall nutritional benefits. Won't go without it. Add it to my coffee daily. I don't taste it but it would likely give an earthy taste if you are more sensitive to taste.

I can only review based on taste and usability and not on effect: I put this in my coffee in the morning and do not taste a difference. I also put this in soups and stirfrys and don't taste any difference. It's pretty neutral. I do feel a bit less bloating but I am trying a lot of things so I can't say this is the reason specifically

I unfortunately didn't read thru the other ingredients to see this contains Mycelium and Oat. Mycelium is the stem of the mushroom that contains no benefits. With this being said you're not getting what you pay for or the health benefits from the flower of the mushroom. The size of the packaging and the small amount of product is just plain a rip off.. The taste is great due to the fact that it has very little next to none of the actual flower mushroom. Very disappointed.

I love the taste of this product but when I first opened the jar, I realized that it was about 1/3rd full. If they are only offering that much product it certainly doesn't require such a large container which makes you think you are getting a lot more.
