I had my gallbladder out years ago, and have a very sensitive digestive system... experiencing either constipation or diarrhea with many foods. I use to buy a probiotic with a 50 Billion or 100 billion CFU count.... and it was just too strong. But, this is the perfect CFU count that has a gentle yet effective results... and it's reasonably priced. Many days I only take 1 capsule. I highly recommend it.

This is a great combination of strains! Remarkable difference in the variety they selected, compared to others in a higher price range. I have seen a visible improvement in my IBS-related bloated after a few weeks. I use it to build up a great culture in my homemade coconut yogurt as well. It's something I'll certainly purchase again!

This is an amazing probiotic supplement! Very quick results compared to some other brands. A higher price tag was definitely worth it for me. I could see improvement in my digestion in just a few days (gas). Keep in mind that it is the "keep in the fridge" kind, so refrigerate it right after you receive it.

This is the best choice out there for cost and benefit purposes. I take one everyday and double up if my digestion seems off. No after taste or odor. Have been taking these for years.

I have SIBO and take these in combination with others but these alone are a must have. I purchase numerous bottles at a time to make sure I don't run out. I feel Solaray is a lesser known brand but I often but their products and they have all been great so far.

The size of the capsules is a bit big, but being an experienced supplement user I don't have any problems with that. In fact, I like this product so much, that I'll be using it every 3 months to make sure my gut stays healthy. Quality product for a very friendly price.

They seem to work in great I just got off a 7-day water fast. Now I'm building up my intestines and they seem to be working great

Did not arrive refrigerated, despite instructions to keep refrigerated. Still take it....causes some gas, but helps digestion. It has 3 or 4 strains recommended for seniors. fair enough quality.

I actually had to go to a higher probiotic because of intestinal inflammation but for the most part, it is great product and if your intestines are not in an acute stage, this product will likely work well.
