A Wonderful Product!
This is the best multi-vitamin I've found. Been taking it for many years. The only downside is remembering to take three times a day... but even if you only take once a day, it's a great supplement if you're not getting all the vitamins & minerals you need from food. I highly recommend!

Have taken for years as does my mother
Found these 16 years ago as my home health seniors were taking and playing golf twice a week! Got my parents on them then and my dad lived to 93 yrs but had heart disease. My mom will be 99 yrs old next month and going strong! So believe the vit and mineral and antioxidents are good. Practically overnight shipping on west coast; very efficient company.

Love that this is a vegitarian based vitiman. I used to take medication for stomach problems, after taking this product, I no longer take that medication(medication free for 5 plus years)!!
