I love the fact that these are time release. It is the perfect potency for adding to an already healthy diet to insure adequate intake for immunity without acidity or any other stomach or digestive issues. I like knowing that I have vitamin C's protective effect circulating throughout my body all day.

I have been taking this for the longest time. I find that the flavonoids in this helps me a lot with my weak veins. I tend to bruise easily and if I don't take it religiously, after a while, my bruising and gum bleeding will start again. It is of great potency and it does not hurt my stomach. The ingredients are good and if I feel like a flu coming on, I just pop extra of these and I recover quickly.

I like these easy-to-swallow capsules & love the time-release factor. The mg's can be confusing, until you look closely. EACH capsule is only 500mg. Each serving is 1000mg (because a serving = 2 capsules). You can control your dosage nicely with these, though. Since they are gradually time-released over 12 hours, you can easily take 2 doses daily. If you want 3000mg/daily: You'll take SIX capsule daily If you take a dosage every 12 hours, that's 3 capsules in the morning & 3 capsules at night. I wish I had taken the time to figure this out before....so here it is in black-and-white for those who don't have the time (or inclination) to get it done NOW. I also love the fact that it's derived from Rose Hips & Acerola Cherry...AND includes the complementing Bioflavonoids (from Lemons), Rutin, Hesperidin and Citrus Pectrin. Correct me if I'm wrong (experts out there) , but this seems to be a perfect combination.

Affordable vitamin c with lots of high quality ingredients . Contains high amounts of bioflavanoids to ease absorption of vitamin c. Time released capsules helps with better absorption of the product. The pill is medium size but still easy to swallow.

Before purchasing Solaray Super Bio C, my favorite vitamin c is Blackmores Bio C. My wife recommended me Super Bio C as it has more content of Bioflavonoid which is a potent antioxidant. Since then I take Super Bio C routinely. It provides benefits as good as Blackmores Bio C if not better but at a lower cost.

My third time to order this, I really like the value I get for such a big size bottle. I also like the fact that it's time released to ensure potency and absorption is effective. Non acidic because it's buffered so it's good for the stomach. Good quality. Will definitely repurchase!

I think this is a great quality vitamin c and I specifically bought it for the added bioflavonoids. The only reasons for 4 stars is that I prefer vitamin c that has 1000mg in one capsule (these require 2) and I personally think it smells/tastes kind of bad. But I trust iherb sells fresh, legit products so I'm trying not to worry.
