Good with no major side effects
Slightly hard to swallow, but overall pretty good. It's effective without a bunch of side effects. I definitely prefer the magnesium citrate over magnesium oxide. It seems more effective.

The label says in large print "400mg per serving". Then on the Back in small print "3 capsules per serving".
