This stuff, is very good. It says online it helps break down kidney stones, but thats not all it does.. my pee was so clear whereas before it was not that it looked like I hadn't even peed, very good at cleaning out your bladder, at least it was my experience, no I didn't have kidney stones. This is a non-sodium source for citrate. I suffer from frequent kidney stones. Citrate helps adjust the ion balance in urine to prevent stones. Have not had any since starting this. Much much cheaper than prescription citrate sources. Less difficult than drinking citrate-containing beverage mixes.
