very good. in the meantime too strong for me for my lower Thyroid function and can't sleep, but body pain is better. will open the cap and devide to other cap. till i will find my balance. no side effects thats great. hoping i found something that will stick. other things were weaker.this us too string so can reduce the amount. great amd excellent price. known trusted company. hoping brand will last production cause i will order more

This herbal supplement is of very high quality, and the product seems very nice but the product has a poor smell and taste and is difficult to take without juice or a flavoured beverage of some kind.

Great brand and product but I don't think my body reacts well to kelp. I have stopped taking it for summer and will try again in the cooler months. I was feeling a bit jittery and sweaty taking this, again I think it's the kelp that doesn't work for me.
