Great Product
I'm coming back to Solaray! Lysine healed my horrific shingles in record time! Solaray is so easy to swallow %26 I just take extra when I feel any herpes symptoms anywhere.
What I needed for pain and inflammation! Veg caps!!
i take this product twice a day (you can take up to 3 a day) and it really helps with the aching of arthritis in my neck from an old injury -- plus it also seems to keep all other joints "lubricated" and functioning more smoothly -- i had to go off of it for a period of time recently because of another health issue and my whole body got stiff -- finally back on it again and the flexibility has returned, thank goodness!
taking this product has significantly reduced the number of fever blisters i get, plus when i do get a fever blister it is much smaller -- this is a very effective product that i have been taking for a number of years -- before taking this product, i would get fever blisters at least once a month
I am prone to mouth sores and fever blisters when my immune system is low. When I feel a fever blister beginning (itching on lip), I begin taking 3-4 caps 3 x day to prevent them from erupting. Take one 2 x day preventive. Helps mouth sores too! Would be a "mess" without this product!
Take daily to prevent fever blisters (2 a day). When feeling like one is starting on the lip, double dosage and it prevents a blister from becoming full blown, and it doesn't last long. Also good for mouth sores.
Lysine CAPSULES digest well; tablets do not! We decided to stop wasting money, and switched to Solarray Lysine caps. The difference is amazing!
Had the worst taste ever could hardly get it down.
