Been taking this for a few months now and I feel like it's great for my immunity. Iv been taking it with zinc and nac and I really see the benefits of them all. Also helps with my restless legs when I take before bed which is a big bonus.

When I am taking this I don't need to take any antihistamine medicine during the season, and as additional benefit, I don't catch the flu in fall or winter or even if I catch some flu or cold, my symptoms are mild and recover very quickly. So I love the quality of this product and I believe I am getting it for a great price.
