Solaray makes good quality products! Their Turmeric is one of the best. I have tried other brands but none perform as well as Solarays does. I've been taking Solaray's turmeric daily for some years. If I run out of it, within 3 to 4 days I can feel the difference. My joints become achy. When I take the supplement within 1-2 hours the achiness is gone! I definitely recommend this supplement if you have aches, pain or inflammation in your joints because it stops them.

Im in my 60 and suffer from arthritis in both my knees from previous meniscus surgeries. I believe the turmeric relieves the inflammation and allows me to b=do everyday activities ( yeh, like work) .
