This genuinely the best vitamin-B complex I've found on the market. When B vitamins are in tablet form, they're usually quite difficult to take regularly as they're large and smell awful, but these capsules make it so much easier and I never avoid taking this on a daily basis.

I purchased the large bottle, because my daughters are vegan and it helps supplement what they are missing on meat. Will only buy the large one form now on, since the whole family uses it.

I have tried different vitamin B complexes and this one is my favourite by far. It has all the B vitamins plus PABA and Inositol. The complex digests easily with no sensitivity issues. Highly recommend!
