I usually take 100 mg tablets. Because I could not find it on your site, I ordered the 500 mg. But even 250 (1/2 a tablet) is too strong for me and kept me up all night! It's rather a bother having to break the 500 mg tablet into smaller pieces.

Felt a huge difference with this, it's definitely real chlorella. This is not a paid ad I promise lol. Also turns ur poop green, but helps me have more energy.. my body is acidic but this def helps alkalize it

Chlorella by Nutricost. Love the brand. 3rd party tested-allergen free %26 affordable... A quality supplement at a great price. I take this daily with Spirulina.
