I was diagnosed with gastroparesis in 2002 and I got really bad and 2O22 and had my gallbladder removed. Digestion is hard for me and malnutrition sets in quickly. Use it every day for energy

Just bought for the first time. Did a lot of comparisons and felt this was the best brand for me. My only concern is when I opened the bottle the capsules look like they are coated in the yellow powder that's inside the capsules. I don't know if a capsule opened up or what happened. When I poured the bottle over to get a capsule out I got the yellow powder all over my fingers

This vitamins possibly caused stomach upset and severe constipation. Possible clash with other medication that slows digestion. Had to discontinue at 3 weeks syptoms went away.

I am used to taking the nature made brand; and this nutricost brand is not as good. I wouldn't buy again.
