I have been taking this magnesium for some time now. I take it at night before bed. It aides in my sleep quality. I also have fibermyalgia and it really aides in my muscle spasms. If I forget to take them for a couple of days, my sleep isn't as deep or long, and I get muscle spasms. I highly recommend.

I have just purchased my second bottle. I have been taking Magnesium as a supplement for many years, because it helps with Restless Leg Syndrome. I bought the first bottle because the store was out of my usual product, and saw that this was a complex formula; more than one type, so I decided to try it. I take it 2x per day, so I got about 2 months worth. During that time, I thought that I had more improvement in my symptoms, so decided that it may be worth the higher price, so I purchased it again.

It's very effective as a strong laxative effect. It is too strong for me. I switched up from magnesium oxide only to this and my belly protested very loudly. I would've been okay had I started at a lower dose.

I take a lot of magnesium. this supplies citrate, glycinate and oxide all in one pill and you only have to take one. simply do the math. spring valley and other brands are only 100 mg so you would have to take five of them to equal one of these and you get like 6 months worth for a super cheap price. money is tight these days and this is an outstanding magnesium source and once again most critical of all it gives you all three types in only one pill. do the math and it's beyond a great deal. definitely will be buying it again but won't need to for a long time because they give you such a great value. great job Walmart

If you're going to take Magnesium they have multiple options.Its best to get the complex they are all in one.

Has all the different magnesium types, that is recommend for me to take. So, I'm taking one pill instead of 3 different ones.

easy to swallow, no bad taste and it dissolves quickly. anyone taking this product consistently with a healthy diet should see results in about 3 weeks.

These Nutricost Magnesium Complex capsules are too large to swallow without applesauce. Even then, I find them too hard to get down. I won't buy them again, or finish the bottle.

This compared to others this is NOT a magnesium complex it's only three ingredients of magnesium and magnesium oxide is of no value to your health. So you only get two ingredients when others offer more for less.
