When I look something for my kid, I always choose it from Solgar, They have best quality. Doctor told me to give it to my son after we threated pneumonia.

Ordered this to improve immune system. It is first time trying this product, but I have good expectations. The pill size is a bit big, but it has no taste or smell.

The Solgar company is a great supplement complement with good ingredients and packaging. Omega fish supplements present great benefits in maintaining good cholesterol, reducing inflammation, and keeping good heart and hair health into long age. The capsules have no taste and are easily swallowed. (I don't have much else to say about this product, but I am required to add some extra words. Don't trust everything you read, but in this case this is a good product)

Quality and dosage are good. My go-to vegetarian supplement. I dont usually consume a lot of seafood so this one does the job for my need.

I take omega 3 recommended by my nutritionist, along with other supplements for my age of 61. I take it for cardiovascular health,for high cholesterol, prediabetes and hipertension. It has no taste.

The gel cap is so large not easy to swallow. The color of the oil instead of clear is now orangey. Makes me wonder because the color is not like this before.

I generally love the Solgar products, and this one is no exception, I am not questioning the quality of the ingredients, but the size of the capsule is enormous enough to choke a large crocodile.
