I purchased two bottles one for myself and one for my husband who just turned 69. Great value large size bottle nice product no bad smell or taste. Not all hair formula supplements contain MSM so I ordered this. Together with 10000 mcg of biotin daily, my hair fall problem has beeen tremendously improved. Apart from supplements, I'm also using Mielle's rosemary shampoo, Pura D'or hair thinning therapy shampoo and scalp serum, Hope Labs hair folicle stimulator. I believe all of them work synergistically to help combat my problem.

I use this for a long time and my hair is beautiful. I will buy also biotin to use with this. I have very long hair so for me it is very important to use supplements and vitamins. Solgar is my No.1. After 4 pregnancies, my hair is still very beautiful, long, soft.

I'm sure they work for some folks but for me; I found the pill size quite large and difficult to swallow. I found they had an odd taste too. I also found after swallowing them, my belly would feel quite bloated. I don't know if there's something in the pill I'm reacting with but have not had that with other SN&H vitamins. The packaging is good quality and protects from UV degradation.
