Very effective. I take it in the morning, actually keeps me focused. Nice to feel calm throughout the day. Great natural choice versus RX meds for anxiety or just that anxious feeling. This will be a repeat product for me. This product is good for a beginner or expert.

I have been taking this for about two weeks and I really like it. Ashwagandha is an herb I have been taking for close to a year, but I haven't tried Saffron until I got this product. I know everyone's body will respond differently to herbs like these, but this product gives me a feeling of calmness and almost euphoria. It has improved my emotional state considerably. Solgar never disappoints me! I've already recommended this to several costumers and coworkers.

I love this blend. It's a great combo of two things I try to take regularly and a nice dose for being one tablet. Usually most Ashwagandha supplements I've taken are usually two capsules, so having one tablet that gives me 600mg is super convenient. I usually always take the KSM-66 Ashwagandha from different brands, so I feel I should have a good baseline of it in my system. It is something you have to take pretty regularly to find the most benefits. Saffron isn't something I end up having as regularly, so the pair together is appreciated. And I consider it a decent value, since the cost is similar to some of the different Ashwagandha varieties, but with the added Saffron.

I deal with a lot of customers and employees throughout the day. This product made me feel noticeably relaxed and decreased my anxiety. No side effects just more chill and helped me focus on the task at hand.

From the first day I started taking this supplement I noticed immediate results. A “calm” came over me, I feel more “even keeled” and I can sleep more soundly. I highly recommend for anyone who is dealing with added stress and anxiety in their life.

This stuff is awesome it instantly uplifts your mood and just makes you feel good. I wish it came in a larger bottle . I normally take this when I first wake up it lasts alll day !!!

I felt it took almost 30 days of taking this to feel a difference. I would recommend. I do think the price was kind of high for jst 30 pills though.

I didn't notice a huge difference in my anxiety levels, but I am a regular consumer of adaptogens anyway. If someone was specifically looking for an Ashwaganda supplement, I would not hesitate to recommend this. It's a solid product, but not one I would order again.

To be fair I haven't taken the whole bottle yet, but I really haven't notice much of a difference with my stress and anxiety. It is the holidays though and they add extra stress
