I love this power bank! It conveniently provides optional cord charging (though I did notice the connection was quite hot to the touch after about an hour of charging) and came with its own cord and mini carabiner. The solar charging did take a while, but this was likely due to cloud cover. I was also delightfully surprised by the emergency light functions that I had overlooked in the product description. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

working great when plugged in and charged as a backup battery charger, not so good with solar charge only had it in the sun for several days trying to get it to charge completely, it never got there so I brought it in and plugged it in and charged it fully and then used it to charge my smartphone it charged the phone to 58%

My biggest issue had to do with the power on /off switch. You cannot tell if it is on or off because a light comes on every time you press the button. Also, the button itself is difficult to depress. I also had difficulties with plugging into the jacks and getting the charged charger to charge my phone or iPod. I could not tell if I turned it on or off following charging the unit itself. It seemed as though the charging (output jacks) may have issues along with the power switch. When it did work, it was great! I may have just received a lemon!

Loved the Flashlight it's very bright %26 lights up a big area. Charging my phone was slow. Plugged up phone overnight but it was only around 90%. Not bad but if it was plugged up overnight it should be at 100%. Haven't had oppurtunity to test out the solar charging capabilities so no comment on that part.It is lightweight %26 easy to carry. Not bad for the price but if you want something with more power keep looking. Also be advised this is NOT wireless charging, they do have one that charges wirelessly %26 even some that come with attached cables for each type of port needed, but are more costly. Overall this is ok to have extra charger when needed. It works for Android phones although the title may cause you to think otherwise. Just be sure to read the entire description before you buy it. Also the cover that closes over the port can be tough to pop open. I cant add any photo yet as I writing this review on my laptop %26 I have to take photos, download them then upload to this site instead of just opening my web cam to add them that way. Othwerwise, I hope this review is helpful.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this whole experience was honestly exhausting. The product arrived late and looked completely different from what was shown online. Within just a few days, it started acting up and stopped working properly. The quality felt cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near what I expected for the price. I reached out to customer service hoping they’d fix things, but that turned out to be even worse. They took forever to reply, and every message felt like an automated response that didn’t actually address my issue. I kept repeating the same details over and over, and after all that, they only gave a generic apology without offering a refund or replacement. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t take responsibility for their products or their customers. I feel like I completely wasted my time and money, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from them again.

This product was basically a hollow piece of plastic. It did nothing. All the happened after overnight charging was the lights stopped blinking and remained solid. It was light as a feather which told me it was empty inside. I returned IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT BUY!!

The power bank I received was used and missing parts. I requested a return from Walmart but was required to bring it back to the store which I am unable to do. Now I am stuck with a used power bank without any charging cables. Beware - I see from other reviews this isn't unusual.
