This is a good quality piece for the price.. I am very satisfied. Assembly was easy. The only negative thing I can say is that it claims to hold 30 pairs of shoes when in reality it is more likely to hold about 25 pairs, especially if you are purchasing for someone with a larger foot.

I have really liked this shoe rack! In our house, shoes come off when we come in, so this helps to keep our home organized and tidy. I received it unassembled through the mail. The assembly was easy and once it was put together it was strong enough to hold even multiple pairs of my heavy rain boots on the top shelf. I would say that in general it holds about 5 pairs of shoes per tier comfortably, however, if the shoes are children's sizes or sandals then it could definitely hold more. The only way I would say that this shoe rack could be improved is by using better finishes and offering different colors. I received the Somerset Home 3-Tier Shoe Rack as a free gift in exchange for my honest review.

Some of the pieces are missing so I don't have a 3 rack I have a 2 rack tier

The end connectors look metal and of metal color in the photo. They came looking like a yellow orange plastic.

I put everything together and the rails kept popping out and was popping out with little to no touch. Once put together the rails all fell dropping all my shoes!!

I opened the box and looked at the pieces to the rack. It looked flimsy and cheap.
