The best TV on the planet. Nothing else to report. They just need to make 4 HDMI with 120hz or at least not combine the 120hz with the ARC (there is 4 HDMI but only 2 are 102hz). If you can swing this tv--BUY IT! This out performs G series LG and all the Samsung's. It is just pricey. But definitely worth it.
The only bad thing to say about this tv is it's very buggy with some DV issues going on, amongst a few other minor things that I know will be fixed with a fw update. On to the good - this blows my old A80j out of the water. Finally hdr the ways it's supposed to look! Bright, colorful, extremely sharp. HDR movies have taken on a whole new life with this set, SDR is more colorful and bright. Upscaling is excellent as is with all Sony tvs. Once the engineers send out a few fw updates to address the minor bugs going on right now this will be the best tv I've ever seen, it pretty much already is. No regrets!
Sony A95L cream of the crop qd-oled tv you can buy i have never seen a sexier tv ever the sound is amazing dual subwoofers equalizer built in this tv is very loud and the color is true to life its the most beautiful drop dead gorgeous tv that exists in 2024 you cant go wrong just buy it i love the design
The 77” A95L is an amazing TV. It is gorgeous! Despite a few minor issues with Dolby vision on MAX, I'm amazed every time I turn it on. A true masterpiece
I purchased a 65 inch Bravia QD – OLED TV just before Christmas. I've had a number of high-quality TVs including a prior OLED Sony. This new one is beyond what I had ever expected. The picture, especially the up, converting creates almost a 4K effect for every content. The sharpness, clarity and brightness are literally off the charts. I enjoy watching anything on this TV and would very highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality product from Sony. They are expensive, but in my opinion worth every penny.
The wait was worth it. I was upsizing and upgrading. I have always been a Sony fan since the days of tube Trinitons. There was some minor initial setup. The Google TV interface takes some getting used to. Sound is amazing with the TV alone and with an original Sonos Beam. The picture with a good 4k source is amazing. Jet black blacks and very pleasing skin tones. Simply wow. Quickly you realize it time to upgrade to higher def streaming services. I've had Sony's for 50 years and have only had great experiences.
This is my first ever Sony TV. This is hands down the best TV I have ever owned or seen. Stunningly good picture quality. Sony has the best processing on any TV and it shows. So bright, it can be used in a relatively bright room. Gorgeous, rich colors. Best DV implementation ever. Only slight negative is the gaming menu isn't as robust as others but gaming itself looks fabulous. Also, when the feet are in the center position the TV cannot be raised up, it has to be flat, wish it could still be raised for a soundbar. These are very minor things and don't take away from how gorgeous this TV is. Pricey but I think you are getting more value for that extra money. Amazing upscaling and fixing low quality images to 4K, can't believe how good regular cable from a cable box looks on this. Home screen Interface should be brighter, the home screen is dim, and it could be a touch more snappy, but still good. Best sound out of the standard speakers of any TV out there right now. Being able to use the TV itself as the center channel connected to a receiver is awesome and adds another level to the sound field when watching in surround sound. Hands down the best TV ever made. Attached picture is slightly different color in person due to the phone's camera in ability to capture things properly.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars Masterpiece If you want a truly exceptional TV experience then take the plunge and upgrade to the Sony 77A95L and you won't be disappointed. I've upgraded from a Sony 75X900F and I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets. Picture quality, brightness, processing and overall performance is top notch. Ease of use from the OS is achieved with patience, practice and just getting used to where various information is located in the TV. It is detailed and available if you read up and get to know the layout. Using internet forums such AVS forum helps tremendously and is very informative. While this TV is great there are still some issues that should and need to be addressed by Sony hopefully with software updates such audio sync issues and Dolby Vision tweaks. I'm very optimistic that in short time Sony will step up and rectify these issues to their Flagship Masterpiece Series QD-OLED Winner. Supply has been scarce but with perseverance you to will be glad you made the decision.
This tv replaced a 1 year old Samsung 4k smart tv. I thought I was happy with the Samsung until I turned this bad boy on. The screen lit up like nothing I had seen before. I was always complaining that I couldn't see what was happening because the old tv was too dark. Not any more. It's bright as day and has amazing colors. The sound is also much much better. I used to turn the volume up to 50 or 60. Now I can hear it great at 20-30. The only downer is you only get 2 years of their Bravia channels or pay a subscription to continue viewing it. Samsung tv channels was included with no subscription Other than that I love this TV
I did a lot of research and spend a lot of time looking at videos and reading reviews before making my purchase. The screen and operating system are great. I wanted a clean looking setup with no wires or cables showing when looking at the TV, However I have several issues with the back of the TV as follows: 1) The stands only fit on the ends, I would have preferred a center stand (pedestal) that would have given the TV a better appearance when setting the TV on a cabinet. 2) Cable Management, the inputs are to close to the edge. I had to bend the HDMI cables as much as possible and still couldn't install the back cover.
