This is a great TV: great picture, excellent features, very bright, and out performs it's successor. Recommend buying while it is still in stock and at a deeply discounted price.
I honestly couldn't be happier with this TV! The Sony 75" BRAVIA XR X90L is absolutely stunning. The picture quality is crystal clear, colors pop, and everything just feels more alive—it's like watching movies in the theater but from my own couch. The size is perfect for really getting that big-screen experience, and it makes sports, games, and movies so much more exciting. The sound is surprisingly good too, and with Google TV built in, it's super easy to find and stream whatever I want without any hassle. Setup was smooth, and the design looks sleek and premium in my living room. Overall, this TV has totally upgraded my entertainment setup. I smile every time I turn it on—it's just that good. Highly recommend if you want something that feels like a real step up!
I am extremely satisfied with the Sony Product line and have been a Sony customer for many years. I am very disappointed with the confusing very poor instructions for the "Setup Guide" that was provided. I worked in the mechanical design field for over 40 years and have been very proficient in reading and understanding instructions for assembly. This Setup Guide should be totally unacceptable to the Sony brand that I always knew. I even had trouble registering my TV on your website. Every step of my install has been a disappointment to say the least, I sorry to say, But the picture quality on my new TV is second to none.
This tv sets everything up for you automatically (sound system, TiVo and other devices) I no longer have to use 3 remotes
The Sony was a good choice for an upgrade in our family room. We increased the size and quality. Selecting incorporated boxes for local service, special service (internet), and sound bar is tedious. We are working through the use of the local service remote for all boxes.
This is my third flat screen TV form Sony. I am happy with my purchase and the quality of the product is reasonable. My last HK HD TV was LCD and I was happy with as well, but the HDMI port went bad and I no longer sound when receiving signals from that port. That's why I made this new purchase for considerable less amount of money, so I couldn't pass up the offer or opportunity.
The color is better than any other television we have owned. Bright, crisp yellows, reds, and the black level allows you to see detail instead of just a black blob. I kept hearing noises that sounded like they were coming from the hallway - then I realized it was the surround sound. Great TV. Could only be better if it were a NEXTGEN TV.
I had to replace a 7 year old sony tv (short life span for any TV I have owned) the is virtually the same TV size shape but pic is not quite as good and WHY di you have to put these stupid legs on this TV the legs are so far apart compared to the other tv (XBR55X900E) it is replacing the legs would not fit on the tv stand I bought specifically for the first sony tv too wide apart!!! aarg why would you make a change like that no manual to explain the inputs but plenty of safety instructions remember don't eat yellow snow
I purchased this TV because my son told me how customer friendly it was (set up and remote). It took me 3 hours, 3 chats with Google and finally gave up trying to use the "easy" set up with the QR code. When I entered EVERYTHING manually (which was pretty painful) we finally got to watch TV .
The day I purchased this tv the screen began flashing with blue and purple lines running across. Online support says to turn off and unplug for 5 minutes, it worked. but now 6 months later it's doing it again and more often and each time I have to unplug it for 5 min. Honestly I blame Google. the software on the tv sucks.
