Excellent camera for starting photography. Easier to use than other brands.

I already have a SONY A6000 series and this one offered some great advantages the other did not have. Tracking being the biggest one. Overall picture quality higher and quicker of operation. A delightful little camera. Great for travel (I used it in Europe while on vaca, and is not cumbersome).

It is a great camera. Great quality picturea, but the menus is so complicated. A new simple, user friendly menu should be use

Second Sony A series camera purchased and I have been completely satisfied with both units. Started with a A6000 with a kit lens fired off 500K pictures, never missed a beat. I'm confident the A6400 will do the same. Peace Steve

The camera itself looked really good quality I just didn't like that the battery wouldn't charge %26 i looked up what could be the cause basically just said I needed to buy a new battery which I found annoying considering how much I paid for the camera I ended up returning it %26 will be buying a different one from Best Buy I did like that I got it 3 days early

Can't 'verify connection' when attached via USB - although the connection is working to transfer files. Stuck in an endless loop trying to get it to connect so I can add and update apps. Nothing online that matches the ''error' message. So all of that USB/software stuff is useless to me.

I received a used camera instead of new camera that I've ordered. Very disappointed! Will return for sure.

They sent me the wrong item, but that is not the only problem. They sent me a used camera! This box was opened and the camera was used, all the items in the box have signs of being used and repacked! I ordered Sony - Alpha a6400 Mirrorless Camera (Body Only) - Black! they sent me Sony - Alpha a6400 which comes with a 16-50mm Lens! These guys took out the lens and only sent the Camera BODY!!!!!! Not only they sent us the wrong item they sent a used item with a missing important part!!! Never buy from this seller. Save yourself a headache and time.
