Sony DualShock 4 Wireless Controller for PlayStation 4, Glacier White

It's a Sony dual shock controller for PS4. It is new and not an off brand. It is red... a very nice bright red All the functions work and it instantly paired with my 5 year old PS4. It is quality and should last as long as my last controller (5years) before the battery degrades to only having about 5 hours of use. Don't get the after market... spend the extra for the Sony.

The controller is real! It's pretty darn expensive too but it's what you'd expect for an increasingly rare color PS4 controller. If you don't mind spending the money then I say it is worth it. Only think i'm not crazy for with mine is that the PS button is a little spongey on the controller but it still works fine.

It worked okay for a couple days then for the last month or so the buttons started sticking and now it completely stopped working will not turn on nor will it charge. I should have sent it back when we first started experiencing issues with it. It almost seems like when it was made the pieces didn't align properly

This came with a piece of masking tape with a number on it. No box just wrapped in one piece of bubble wrap and in a plastic shipping bag. I didn't realize Walmart sold used items or I would not have purchased this item. I am going to return to Walmart, as I am not giving a used controller, to my grandson for Christmas. It's dirty and clearly used, no effort made to even make it look good. I hadn't opened the shipping container as I knew what it was and just added to my stack to be wrapped. Again I am not at all happy with this purchase and would like a full refund !! I'm so disappointed and now will have to find another gift. SM !!!

Hi, i purchased this controller as a present for my son for christmas, and he came to me and told me the controller was dying way too fast compared to his other playstation controller that lasts an entire day. so his dad opened up both his old controller and this new one and found that his old controller had a bigger battery and the this one has a exessively smaller battery. The battery that is in the new controller is NOT the original battery of playstation. The white controller is the old controller the berry blue is the new controller. you can see in pictures below the size difference in the batteries

This sucks. Again i am going to have to buy a new controller. 3 months old and its failing. These new style controllers suck. It now is always wants to go left. As if inwas pushing the joystick left. I use my controller maybe twice a week. Huge fail...

2 fake ones in a row..... wouldn't waste my time and money on this garbage again. if I wanted a fake one I would have bought a fake one. instead I wanted an original Sony Playstation dualshock controller. what I got was a clearly fake one for the price of an original. next time I will order from Playstation website or buy in person. I would love to take the one star away if I could. So p1ssed off right now.

Wanted a legit controller as seen in picture and got a knock off unbranded one instead from amazon. Did not tell me in discription it would come from there. Has no sony logos on top or front home button. Didnt even come in a ps4 controller box different brand box. Feels thin and cheap false advertisement and paid full price. Very disappointed!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. It was Broken and has never worked. Needs to be plugged in at all times or it shuts off. Went to return it at walmart and couldn't. It's sold by a third party seller on walmart.com. I didn't even know that was a thing. I feel mislead by Walmart and the website. I would never had ordered this remote to begin with had I know. Make sure you look at EVERYTHING you order off of the walmart website. Not everything is returnable at the store.

I strongly believe that this is not an authentic PS4 controller! Even though it has the PS4 symbol on the middle button, the weight is a whole lot lighter than my other genuine PS4 controllers and the game play is horrible and not smooth at all! In my attached picture, the blue controller is what I just bought from Walmart website and the black one is not an official PS4 controller. The thing is they both weigh the same and their game play is the same which is not smooth at all as the official PS4 controller. The game play was so bad on this new remote blue controller i just ordered from Wal-Mart that I had to go to game stop today to buy a used controller.
