Seller antonline is unprofessional. They sold me a controller than was used, with unplayable stick drift. Then they defer me to sony rather than owning up to their mistake. Avoid this seller at all costs.

i NEVER received the item. i contacted walmart on 1/11/26 they contacted the seller and i was assured by walmart if the seller did not issue my refund walmart would! Seller simply continues to email stating delivery successful. i contact walmart again on 1/19/26 i was told the refund is showing as "processing " on their end that i need to wait 10 days. 10 days pass and nothing. i contacted walmart for a 3rd time on 1/29/26 and was told the seller was waiting on my reply and that is why the refund had not been processed. I informed customer service i replied to the seller the same day they emailed. Wlmart then informs me they have submitted my request and assured me i would receive an email within 24-48 hours. well here we are 7 days later, NO EMAIL received from walmart and i am having to reach out yet again for the 4th time because not only did i not receive my sons birthday gift i am now out the cost of it. i would really appreciate if walmart would make this right and issue my refund as i was told they would BY WALMART. i have never had this issue in the past and i hope to god never to have it again. i have vert specific delivery instructions listed in my account to prevent not receiving packages
