Great quality for money ! Excellence customed service who sent another controller over right away when I only received 1 controller in the mail instead of 2.

Purchased to use with PSVR and they work exactly as needed. A great add-on to the experience. My only advice is make sure you choose the brand new ones. I have read other reviews stating they received pre-owned, refurbished ones.

I would have loved instructions with the remote. However, I was able to operate it with watching a YouTube video.

Refurbished...Walmart, if you are going to be selling refurbished products, the least you can do is list that it is. I received these in two individual unmarked boxes with no instructions, no mini-USB cable (who honestly has those around, it's all micro or above now), which basically has rendered them useless until I go out and grab a cable. Luckily for everyone, there is Google to show you how to pair these with your PS4. Absolutely amazing Walmart...

These were used not new and only one works. Good thing one of my old ones still worked so I still ended up with a set. Such a rip off. So disappointed.

So, I bought these after getting PS VR for Christmas. These remotes came in two seperate white boxes, not the PS VR Move Controllers Box. After I set it up, the controllers did not vibrate like they were supposed to. I ended up buying them from Best Buy because this was so much of a pain. I will definitely NOT be buying from Wal-Mart's website ever again! And this is from a third party so Wal-Mart would not help me out at all with the return.

I ordered this for my son after Christmas. When I got the package, it was only in one plain white box for each controller. I didn't think too much of it not being to experienced with what the item was. When my son got home, he asked if I had opened the Sony box. When I explained to him that was how it came, he said that it was ONLY the two controllers. No box like in the pictures...but most importantly NO CHARGERS. I don't know if they just didn't want to pay the extra cost to ship it in the manufacture box, or what. But regardless....the chargers are pretty darn important. I contacted customer service. Two days later I got an email back saying they would have the shipping department contact me. Three days after that....nothing. I would stay away from this company...and I WISH I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased anything from them. I need the chargers for this!!!

These came in plain white boxes instead of the manufacturer packaging. I can only conclude they are refurbished and not new as advertised. You should have truth in advertising. Very disappointing.
