Best pillow for a great price! 10 times better then My Pillow, which was a total disappointment and in my opinion. A total let down, and a waste of money, which I returned. So once again Walmar for offering fine products at a reasonable price. Best Regards JB

I would recommend this pillow for comfort and size. One side is for cooling and the other a bamboo breathable. The pillow is cool to the touch but does not seem to remain cool once I lay on it. It is nice. We did remove some of the stuffing as it was a bit too firm. They even give you additional filler if you need it.

This pillow helped relieve neck pain I've had for years. It does stay quite cool, it's soft yet firm enough you don't have to worry about sinking into it. Seems to give plenty of head/neck support, the feeling while using it does seem quite relaxing.

I purchased a set of these pillows and have been using them in our motorhome for over a year. I love them so much, I just purchased two more as replacements for some existing pillows that I can no longer stand. The savings were amazing, and the quality is wonderful. Do yourself a favor if you have neck problems or are a side sleeper. These pillows are fabulous. I purchased this set in October 2024, and it has not disappointed in any way.

Pillow arrived in a small box, so initially, I thought I was sent the wrong item. When I pulled out the pillow from the box and packaging, the pillow expanded and became instantly plush. The pillow is soft, but firm at the same time. It's the perfect balance for a good night's sleep. I have back problems and some pillows don't give me enough support, but this pillow was perfect and I slept the entire night without waking up. It conformed to my body and gave me the support I needed for a good night's rest. I highly recommend.

This pillow is awesome! Finally a pillow you can adjust by adding our subtracting pieces of foam to your preference. Great shoulder room. Soft and breathable fabric. Memory foam is soft and adaptable. The price was perfect! Very comfortable. Supports the neck and gives room for the shoulder. Love the shape as well , it adds to the neck support.

I like the zippers so you can take out or add the bitty pieces of gelfoam. The zippered, quilted and washable cover is good quality, It took a few times adjusting to get it comfortable, You will find pieces of foam everywhere even if you are careful. The curved shape helps just a little to get support for the back of my shoulder-I'm a side sleeper. It is cooler than my old pillow, but still gets warm because its foam. Its worth the under $20 that I paid.

Received both pillows. While waiting for pillow to fluff up after opening ..One has a completely broken zipper on the outside case right out of the package. Not happy. If I get a new pillow sent to me I will change this review . They are clearly no longer vacuum sealed and I'm not going through the hassle of returning them but I'm a bit annoyed since the “cooling case” was one of the reasons I ordered these.

I love firm pillows and thought that's what this was going to be but it's hard and not possible for me to remove some of the filling and make them work. I have tried several times to add and remove to make the pillows work but they now sit on the floor next to the bed because we cannot make them work. Bummer!

It's supposed to be a cooling pillow, but it's not. Still having sweats and hot flashes with the pillow. I will not recommend anybody buying one. It's the waste of money. It's firm it's OK. It doesn't bother my neck and it's OK to sleep with, but I thought it was supposed to help with the hot flashes.
