I can't say enough good things about this portable AC! It cools my two room apartment quickly and efficiently, and the noise level is surprisingly low—just a gentle hum that fades into the background. This portable AC has been the prefect purchase for me. This AC is affordable and works great. It does a great job keeping my second floor apartment very cool. I went with a higher BTU, and it keeps both bedrooms super comfortable. The setup was easy and I love the remote that comes with it. The buttons are easy to understand and operate. Highly recommend!

works beyond expectations keeps the room extremely cold works very well after letting sit for 6 hours in order to let the coolant seddle in the compressor. but so worth the wait. good thing it also came 8 days earlier than it said it was going to be shipped so it came sooner very nice.

Will not even cool a 15x15 room. You have to sit right in front of it to feel cool air and that is when it’s on high. Very disappointin.

First of all, I selected 10000 BTU unit while ordering, as shown in the picture, but I received 8500 BTU unit. Make it make sense! The seller did not reply to my inquiry about that. I still decided to try it because it says it can cool down up to 450 sq. ft. of area. My bedroom is about 350 sq. ft. and it was not able to cool it down at all while it was 90 degrees outside! It basically acts as a fan not AC, no cooling happening. You get what you pay for definitely applies in this case. False advertising!

At first, it worked decently and was cool. After about 3 weeks, it just stopped cooling and has been a big dent in it wallet as now I need another air conditioner! I hope to ci tact them and hopefully they will make it right.
