I own 3 Soundasleep dream series twin sizes. I have never slept on something more comfortable than these mattresses. This is something that you need to try if your looking for a luxury air mattress. I am ordering theb dream series twin XL for some added length. I can hardly wait for it. These dream series from soundasleep products are incredible. The durability is outstanding. The company themselves are extremely responsive. I had a question and they got back to me in the matter of minutes and it was after hours when I sent an email, they called me immediately. Most companies will get back to you in a day or two if they get back to you at all. Amazing customer service. Amazing product, amazing company that obviously cares about their customers.

The set up is super easy. It's ok comfortable for a night or two. I've used twin size that was more comfortable. It's a blowup mattress so it's not gonna be comparable to a Marriott. For the money I saved sleeping on a blow up mattress , verses the expense of a hotel, I'm happy.

It is very comfortable and easy to set up. Every couple of nights, I add a small amount of air to keep it the firmness I want. I take it on trips, and it has worked great. To deflate, simply plug in the bed to the electric source and use the deflate option. Works great. I

Do not buy do not buy don't trust the seller. He's not answer any return question box been ripped broken and just taped off the broken not happy no risk response to my request so don't buy it

After less than 1 month a hole just popped up in the seam between two of the humps on the side. Very disappointing and a BIG WASTE of money.

I’ve tried to buy this item several times. But my order was constantly cancelled for 3 times. And between each try you need to wait 6 hours. I’ve contacted customer service, but Walmart system is not manageable even by them. So no person can help you. I ended up by create a new account to be able to buy this item and spent so many hours. You know what? It’s half of the issue. They delivered wrong size. I ordered queen size and received just a full size which way cheaper. I contacted with customer service again and again and waited about 1 hour to give them an opportunity to help me and make me satisfied after this nightmare with ordering! But they did nothing at all and said - you need to return this wrong size item by yourself and order a new one by yourself. The worst service even and worst experience. I will never buy here anything else. The way you treat your customers shows the culture you have. I don’t want even to engine how you treat your employees. In total spent several days of my time and got nothing in return but the worst experience! The funny part - I spent a lot of time as well to write this review as there is a server error. I bought this airbed in November 2019. It was comfortable and worked fine. Unfortunately, those discs you see on the top of the bed are very fragile. It split along the seams of one of those discs. I called the company SoundAsleepProducts at 347-815-5995. They informed me that since I purchased it at Walmart, they will not validate any warranty as Walmart does not have the right to sell their products. I called Walmart and they apologized and made a note of what the company said. Then they said that since it has been more than 90 days, there is nothing they can do for exchange or returns.
