It's a large pill, but well worth the swallowing.

Its 1 pill for all the supplements I'm looking for.

This seems to really help creaky knees. I've been doing strengthening and stretching and eating a healthy diet but I have to think these tablets improved my joints.

In the last 7 years I've tried no less than 5 brands of this kind of product. 18 months ago I started the Source Natural brand. It's effectiveness is far superior to any other one I've tried. It is more pricey, but lives up to the saying, "You get what you pay for" Mind you, I've gone to other brands twice since starting Source Natural's brand in an attempt to save money on my retirement income. I've gone back to Source Natural Joint Complex each time as the others failed to produce the optimal effect on my knees that Source Natural brand does. This is not a medical claim, but an old age claim. At age 69 the years of use and abuse has taken it's toll. Source Natural Hyaluronic Joint Complex provides, for me, the best and superior results.

I have been on this supplement for years. The level of hyaluronic acid is higher than anything else I have ever found. I do wish the pills were not so enormous, though.

Having just went through my first bottle of this, I'll have to say I'm impressed enough to pick up the second round. I have various things going on nutritionally/diet wise that don't really allow me to say this product is what's really helping. All I can say is that my pain level has vastly improved. It has gone from scheduling knee replacement to, I can live with this bit of discomfort. Yes it still is uncomfortable upon moving, but within no time it smooths out and just feels like it's a little tight. I do think this is helping. I will have to agree with one reviewer in that the size of these pills is huge. I don't have issues taking pills, but these do get my attention just for ez of swallowing. I generally take them with a little bit of something I was planning on eating just to help passage. Would I let their size put me off? Nope.

I take 2 of these a day to help my knees while being an avid runner!

i have to break these up into little pieces as the are ginormace pills. i have been a Swanson guy for pushin 20 years and pills go down well for me but not these they are huge! So if you have the throat of a crocodile and can swallow large objects go for it. When these are gone i will not re-order them.

I have been taking these now for over a month and have not noticed any significant change in my joints. I have another bottle and will see if a little more time needs to go by before it can kick in. So far I am not impressed.
