Best nutrition out there - the science is done. There were issues with Algial-based milk in powder form and California with metal...California hates everything. I can't eat most days now and this has kept me going and satiated without muscle wasting. Taste is better than most and comes in all kinds..choose your own spice...the mint is pretty good too. I horribly disliked that they took the simple ones off the shelves at all stores here in South and Central Texas. That was my go-to for when I got really sick. I have been drinking these after I wake up as a sort of "breakfast" for myself, and I gotta say these are really good. They taste great, not chalky like alot of protien shakes. I have been using Soylent every day for over five years now. I love it and so does my blood sugar. If you are new to it you will need to adjust to the all plant based food.

ive ordered these from there normal site and even got them from a target, its good filler when u dont have time to make a meal, or your just feeling lazy and want some cereal milk, thats what i think it taste like, like u mix the bottom of the bags powder into the milk. again my opinion but would buy again and again
