SOYUS String Trimmer, Battery Powered Lightweight Weed Grass Trimmer/Edger, Green

So item arrived and went to put together and pieces were missing- like charger— huge pain to return to store- did not get refund on product return for 2 weeks! To long to wait and tried writing to company to state missing parts- that went no where also. Just so you know when you buy on Walmart.com and return to store for return it isn't instant refund

I'm 47 with back terrible. Purchased for letting my personal yard tidy. I love it. Light weight. adjustable handle. Came with 10 rolls of string that are super easy to change ombre you get the cover off which could be a small challenge for people with bad hands. Comes with two batteries. they don't last long but the weed eater has good power until the battery gets low.

just like Adam the chargers didn't work in the product at all try to get a refund or exchange or through Walmart or call the company to see if they can help me about that problem no luck so don't buy the product very just satisfied

I am disabled and unable to stand, walk, or lift anything more than a couple pounds. This is why I purchased this item. It is very light weight, easy to assemble, and I am able to handle it for short periods to wack the weeds. I normally only use less than a full battery for the amount of time I can work, however my BF did use it also and he used 1 full battery for approximately 2-2.5 hours. I have been very please with the item. The only thing I can say negative is that because of a small battery it doesn't have the power to cut through thicker things, but I expected that when I made the purchase. Overall, good product.

Either the battery or charger is defective. Cannot charge battery. Have sent 2 emails to company that distributes them and no response. What do I do with it?

It's a piece of garbage. I will be throwing it away and am looking for a better unit. The line breaks off in 5 seconds of use and it will not advance the line as advertised. I must stop my work and hand advance the line. The guide wheel constantly falls off. I have thrown it away. The shaft wabbles as you use it so very difficult to hold a steady line of trim. Junk!!!

Just randomly stops working while trimming. Have to bang it on the ground to get it back on. Cuts off every 7-10sec, very annoying....

I put it together but could not get it to run. Walmart Store did not have anyone to show me what I did wrong, so I had to get my money refunded.

I didn't have too many problems assembling the item, but the instructions weren't very clear about some pieces. I wasn't able to figure out how to attach the metal piece, not even mentioned in the instructions, so I just left it off.

lightweight that's the only good thing bout it.....batteries are fully charged an it won't work....I wouldn't even give it a rating of 1 star but had to so I could move on :'( I would never buy this product again.....
