Shock treatment for hot tub
the Spa Shock Xtra by Spa Essentials works awesome and is recommended by my hot tub manufacturer. I put in a cap full each wk or after use and run the clean cycle/jets for 10 mins...my hot tub is always crystal clear and well balanced and I attribute this product for being so. Its a good value for the size elsewhere is a rip-off

No brainer
I paid $20 for a 2 lb. container. And now I got a 6lb. Container for $35. It's a no brainer

Annoying side effect,,,water gets Foamy
Item keeps the water clean and clear looking as long as one does not turn on the hot tub jets! Once the jets are going, there is a sudsy foam in the hot tub that never stops frothing. We never put any items that have been laundered with any type of soap or detergent, (such as bathing suits), in the tub. The only change I have made was to change from regular chlorine to this more "advanced"item.
