Special K Breakfast Cereal, Vanilla and Almond (Pack of 20)

I bought this when I couldn't find the Special K Cinnamon and Pecan. When I finally found the Cinnamon and Pecan again, I realized how much more I loved the Special K Vanilla and Almond!! I eat practically every morning, and sometimes for dinner !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the vanilla and almond flavors in the lightly sweetened crunchy flakes. It doesn't feel like you are eating healthy, it's just too tasty! The flakes have a nice texture and great flavor, unlike most brands flake cereals. I mix the vanilla almond with the strawberry Special K and it's even better.

When I was yuong, I liked the Original Special K with banana and just a small spoon of sugar. Now that I am much older, my tastes have grown. Special K Vanilla Almond is my favorite cereal. It is chewy and crunchy and takes longer to eat. It is hearty and filling and keeps me full much longer. Please don't ever discontinue this flavor!

The almonds add just enough sophistication to make you feel slightly more cultured while eating from a bowl that has cartoon characters. Special K Vanilla Almond is the cereal equivalent of getting your life together for 11 minutes, while you're eating it directly over the sink in yesterday's sweatpants. It's overall a crunchy little bowl of understated ambition. Sure, it may not come with a toy surprise inside the box- but neither does inner peace.
