My husband bought this for me for Christmas when it was on sale! I love it I have ice all the time! And whats cool about it is that you use a water bottle for this Icemaker one of those 3 galloon jugs The icemake is very handy you can even make small med large ice it even has a button on top that pops out a water dispenser to get water! So if your looking for an good ice maker this is the one to get! And another thing with filling up your water jug its cheap!

makes tons of ice really fast. and ice cold water on demand. purchased 1.5 gallon bottle with screw on top that has clear plug you can put in after refilling at a spring. that way you don't have an open bottle to try and flip upside down. it's great I love it

I ordered on 2.2.25 and received 2.6.25. I let it sit for a day before plugging it up. I used two gallons of jug water for an individual it's perfect. Ran and dumped the ice twice because others said something about the taste. The ice option is automatically set to medium size, and I like that. The side water dispenser is loud when open, but it works perfectly as well. This is a day 2 review, and so far, I'm happy with it. Hopefully, a follow-up review will not be needed.

Dislike-after ice is made there is a residue left on the inside of the ice bucket and inside of the machine. This residue is hard to clean out of the inside of the machine!

I've had three other water/ice machines by different manufacturers. Unfortunately this Vivohome brand leaves a chemically taste in water that I thought would stop after using the first 5 gallon water bottle however I am on bottle 2 which is almost empty and still experiencing chemical taste in water. Would like to return if possible to purchase brand that doesn't leave after taste from water.

DO NOT buy this ice maker! We LOVED it for the first two months of use, but when it started leaking on our wood floors in our kitchen, we contacted Allstate (we bought the extended warranty) to get a repair/replacement. Allstate said we had to contact the manufacturer since it had only been two months. Vivo Home asked for a video of the issue, we promptly submitted video of it now leaking into our kitchen sink. DAYS later Vivo said we just needed to take the machine back to Walmart. All of this could have been decided with the first contact about the issue. I would still be annoyed, but not totally against ever dealing with this crappy company in the future. Our local Walmart pushed back about the return because we didn't have the box (of course the box was recycled months ago because we loved the ice maker and thought it was a keeper). My husband had to show the emails from everyone, even Walmart's online department, saying we had to return it to the store to get a refund. The runaround by each company was ridiculous. We are having to argue with Allstate to get a refund on the warranty we were never able to use on a product we had to return. We will buy another ice maker, but never this brand. I'm so annoyed at the time we've wasted with this inferior product that the company will not stand behind. DO NOT BUY THIS ICE MAKER.

Even after 5 gallons of water running through the whole process of ice and water, it continues to have a burnt plastic taste.

Hasn't even been a week of use and the second bottle has started leaking it's like it won't drain into the system. It's collapsing the bottle and then when it finally realeases it's an ocean on my kitchen floor! So disappointed

I have only had this thing a month and I put the water jug in and the whole thing leaked out all over my floor I am returning it. Goodbye thing I got the insurance

This is not about the item but the level of customer service regarding the item I never received. If I could give a negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. I ordered an item over two months ago that was supposedly delivered and left on my patio. Despite verifying the address multiple times and seeing the delivery photo, the item was never there. After contacting Walmart, I was told a refund was my only option. Since then, I have wasted my time speaking with five different customer service representatives, each one promising the refund would be processed — yet after more than two months, I have received nothing. This is beyond negligence and complete disregard for customers. Walmart's failure to resolve this issue or even provide a clear timeline shows a shocking lack of accountability and respect. I have been more than patient, but their repeated empty promises are unacceptable. If you want to risk having your money stolen and then ignored, go ahead and order here. Otherwise, steer clear. Walmart's customer service is an absolute nightmare, and I will never trust them again.
