This was one of my childhood cartoons! Feels good just watchin and reminiscing. Arrived on time or earlier than expected.

Fantastic Set.. Love Speedracer.. This has all the USA released Speed Racer Episodes on it. You will not be disappointed!!

The series has excellent image quality on this Blu Ray. The sound quality is great too. On these complete series discs I like to select the play all button, watch a few episodes, stop the disc, leave it in the player, come back later and continue where I left off. Not all blu rays let you do that. This disc does. When you hit the play button to start the disc playing again, it gives you the choice of starting where you left off or not. I haven't sat down and actually watched the show since I was a kid in the sixties and early seventies when the show was new. In the eighties I was amused that MTV was introducing it to another generation. Having this set allows me to watch all the episodes in order. I didn't realize how close we came to Loosing Speed many times If it weren't for his little brother Spritle with his pet chimp Chim Chim coming to the rescue. And you gotta love the theme song. Never get tired of it!

Here he comes! Speed Racer's off %26 flyin' in this fantastic remaster of my (and perhaps your?) first anime series! It was so different than other shows of its time %26 paved the way for Voltron, Robotech %26 so many others. And while it can be a bit cheesy %26 simply animated at times, it's also just as fun now as it was back then. Highly recommended so Go Go Go!

I grew up with this cartoon when I was a kid and loved it so glad I can watch it now anytime I want .probably doesn't need to be bought in Blu-ray standard DVD probably just as good
